1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to this website and to enquiries sent through it to Payne Land Management, owned by Austin Payne.

2. What is collected

Only what you type into one of the two forms on this site, plus a small amount of technical information that arrives with any web request.

• Your phone number and the service you are asking about (both optional)

Quote request form

• Your name, email address and phone number (all required)
• Project address, property type and requested service
• Your description of the property or project, approximate size, preferred date, preferred contact method and access information
• Any additional message
• Up to three photographs, if you choose to attach them

Technical information

• Your IP address, used only to apply rate limiting and to detect duplicate submissions
• The time of the submission

This website does not ask for payment details, and no payment is processed here.

3. How it is used

Information sent through a form is used to reply to your enquiry, to quote for the work you have described, and to arrange that work if you go ahead. It is not used for marketing lists, it is not sold, and it is not shared with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Why we may use it

Because you have asked Payne Land Management to respond to you, and because responding is a legitimate part of running the business. The consent checkbox on each form records that you understood this when you sent your details.

Owner review needed If you serve customers in a jurisdiction with specific data protection legislation, have the legal basis wording checked against it.

5. Who it is shared with

Form submissions are delivered by email. Two services are involved in that:

• Vercel hosts this website and runs the two form endpoints.
• Resend is the email delivery provider configured to send form submissions to austinpayne3803@outlook.com.

Owner review needed If you switch email provider or hosting, update the names above.

6. Photo uploads

Photos attached to a quote request are resized in your browser, sent with the request, and delivered as email attachments. They are not stored in a database by this website — there is no database. They live in the email inbox they were sent to.

Owner review needed Decide how long photographs are kept in the inbox, and whether any photograph would ever be used publicly. Nothing is used publicly without asking.

7. How long it is kept

Enquiries stay in the business email account. The website itself keeps nothing: it holds no database, and the short-lived rate limiting record in memory disappears when the serverless function stops running.

Owner review needed Set a retention period for enquiry emails — for example, delete enquiries that did not lead to work after a fixed number of months — and state it here.

8. Cookies and analytics

As delivered, this website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no tracking script. Nothing is fetched from a third-party server while you browse: fonts, images and scripts are all served from this site.

9. Your choices
