Yes. The quote form accepts up to three photos, and you can also attach photos to an email. For most jobs a couple of clear pictures is worth several paragraphs of description.
Small-scale work on manageable trees as part of general property maintenance. It does not cover large tree removal, hazardous tree removal, crane work, stump grinding or emergency storm response.
Sod is kept general here on purpose. Sod projects differ too much to describe in advance, so the scope is confirmed with Payne Land Management once you have described your project.

Mowing
That depends on the property, the season and what you want. Mowing frequency is agreed directly with Payne Land Management rather than fixed in advance.

Mulching

A rough length and width of the beds, plus a photo or two, is usually enough to get a useful conversation started.
Sod
That is confirmed case by case. Sod projects differ too much for a blanket answer, so describe yours to Payne Land Management and the scope will be set out for you.

Small-scale work on manageable trees, handled as part of general property maintenance. The specifics are confirmed with Payne Land Management against your property.
No. Large tree removal, hazardous tree removal, crane work, stump grinding and emergency storm response are not offered. Those jobs need a specialist.
